Warranty and Return Policy
In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it. Before returning the product, please contact us first to prevent misunderstandings. Please ensure that you have used sufficient postage stamps, as we do not accept parcels that have postage due. Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We kindly ask you to enclose your invoice and a letter in the parcel, giving the reason for returning your goods.
Used items, and items of which the packaging has been damaged, and/or opened, cannot be returned.
